We Propose Free Healthcare for Beverly RNs

For healthcare and retirement, we’ve proposed:
• Free employee-only HMO coverage (we now pay 17.5% or more)
• Lower premiums for RNs on all other healthcare coverage levels
• No changes for the life of the contract to benefit levels, co-pays, deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums
• Management to match 403(b) contributions up to 3% of our salary
Management continues to show lack of respect:
• Insisting on the right to mandate overtime
• Insisting that Gary Kiff be the final word on all disputes, refusing to accept neutral third-party arbitration
• Not responding to our proposal for new holidays
