Every month labor meets with management to address issues that occur in the inpatient areas. We explain to management the errors that have been made and the need to fix them. For example, staffing issues, out of ratio, lack of management response to employee requests, etc. In the March meeting, management once again lacked empathy towards the nurses who were eliminated. It is frustrating to hear how management does not care about what the nurses feel, what we feel. We have helped them improve their service, their scores, their everything and they just do not care!
