Our Contract is Safe During Any Merger

The announcement of the potential merging of the Daughters of Charity into the Ascension Health System will have no impact on our union contract.

We won language in our recent negotiations that protects us. No matter who owns this hospital our contract, which guarantees our wages, benefits and working conditions, remains in place.
