Corona RNs Win Legal Battle to Certify Our Union
UHS-Corona is now legally obligated to bargain with us.

The National Labor Relations Board has upheld our union election victory once again, knocking aside management's final objections.

We call on UHS and Corona hospital management to at last listen to our voices as Corona RNs: Meet us at the bargaining table, where together we can bargain a contract to protect patient safety and improve care at our hospital.

If hospital management refuses our demand to bargain, we will pursue further legal remedies and we will win again.
