Corona RN and Bargaining Team Member Cheryl Tolejano is back in the UHS-CRMC Emergency Room! In late October, we learned of Cheryl’s suspension from the ER. An initial investigatory suspension turned into an unforeseen termination. Our union met with CRMC management to negotiate Cheryl’s employment status and she was reinstated to her original position.

Our campaign has already won over 125 new RN positions in just two affiliates to wipe out dangerous staffing practices, but there is still much work to be done to ensure that all UNAC/UHCP represented facilities are safely staffed.
