Sharp Continues to Fail Nurses

Sharp management failed to make significant movement on any of our core issues at contract negotiations on September 8. Sharp RNs stand united on four key issues. Our core issues must be addressed to resolve issues of recruitment and retention of great nurses, and to ensure quality care at Sharp HealthCare.

This week’s negotiations sessions were a clear testament of the power we have when we come together. Management withdrew their proposal on weekend scheduling. This was a huge moment for us at the bargaining table and we should all be proud that our work is paying off. There is still much to be done to strengthen our contract!
