Efforts to repeal the Affordable Care Act are moving forward quickly, with no solid plan for replacement in sight. Repeal of ACA without adequate replacement is quite literally a matter of life and death for our patients and some of our family members and friends.

Sharp HealthCare’s registered nurses intend to strike beginning the Monday after Thanksgiving, November 28. The strike comes in response to Sharp’s repeated violations of federal labor law and refusal to address patient care problems caused by an escalating crisis in nurse turnover.
