On August 1, Lakewood Registered Nurses Association (LRNA) members voted on the tentative agreement for a new three year contract. The ballots have been counted and the agreement was overwhelmingly approved.
The vote successfully locked in wage increases, placements on the appropriate steps on the wage grid, education incentives, and other improvements.
Congratulations and thank you to all members who played an integral role in the negotiations process by showing up to bargaining sessions to support our bargaining team. This strong agreement would not have been possible without our collective strength and commitment.
