In 2015, member unions of the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions will head to the bargaining table with Kaiser to bargain a new National Agreement. UNAC/UHCP President Ken Deitz, RN, talks about the history of the Partnership and what bargaining will look like next time. He also discusses the fight over the pension from 2012 and how member involvement was critical in protecting our benefits.
