Update: Daughters of Charity Change in Governance

California's Attorney General Kamala Harris has conditionally approved Daughters of Charity Health System's change of governance to Blue Mountain Capital. The transaction is conditionally approved until Blue Mountain agrees to comply with the conditions the Attorney General is requiring for approval. The Attorney General's conditions include safeguards to both the community and employees to ensure the continuity of care.

The SFRNA collective bargaining agreement remains in force.
