Update: BCLS/ACLS/PALs/NALS CERTIFICATION

March 2013

* SFMC management has suspended the requirement that BCLS/ACLS/PALS/NALS certification be obtained at SFMC or by a "preferred provider" indefinitely until the grievance is settled

* Until further notice associates may obtain certification at any AHA provider

* The grievance process will continue
