UNAC/UHCP staff representative Arthereane McLaughlin is moving from representing members at Kaiser Baldwin Park to Kaiser Ontario.

KAISER NATIONAL BARGAINING COMING SOON

Preparations for bargaining the next Kaiser contract have already begun at UNAC/UHCP. Bargaining across all Kaiser unions, made up of over 100,000 union members nationwide in the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions (CKPU), starts in April 2015. UNAC/UHCP members in the blue book (RNs, NPs and PAs) will join members in KPASCO, SCNSC, KPMWON and UTSC to bargain a new national contract. A bargaining survey was emailed to all UNAC/UHCP Kaiser members in November 2014 to determine priorities.

UNION DUES INCREASE EFFECTIVE FIRST PAY PERIOD

Fountain Valley: Dues will be $99.32 per month. Per diem-Dues will be $2.29 per hour to a maximum of 20 hours and $45.84 per pay period.

Garden Grove: Dues will be $89.18 per month. Per diem-Dues will be $2.06 per hour to a maximum of 20 hours and $41.16 per pay period.

Kaiser Affiliates: Dues will be $130.20 per month. Per diem-Dues will be $3.01 per hour to a maximum of 20 hours and $60.09 per pay period.

Kaiser Optometrists (KPASCO): Dues will be $157.58 per month Per diem-Dues will be $3.64 per hour to a maximum of 20 hours and $72.73 per pay period.

Kaiser Specialty Care Nurses of Southern California (SCNSC): Dues will be $131.35 per month. Per diem-Dues will be $3.03 per hour to a maximum of 20 hours and $60.62 per pay period.

Kaiser Midwives and Wound Ostomy Nurses (KPMWON): Dues will be $131.89 per month. Per diem-Dues will be $3.04 per hour to a maximum of 20 hours and $60.87 per pay period.

Lakewood: Dues will be $104.73 per month. Per diem-Dues will be $2.42 per hour to a maximum of 20 hours and $48.34 per pay period.

Parkview: Dues will be $85.85 per month. Per diem-Dues will be $1.98 per hour to a maximum of 20 hours and $19.81 per pay period.

St. Francis: Dues will be $128.65 per month. Per diem-Dues will be $2.97 per hour to a maximum of 20 hours and $59.38 per pay period.

Sharp: Dues will be $98.03 per month. Per diem-Dues will be $2.26 per hour to a maximum of 20
