March 2013

Inland Valley & Rancho Springs

The National Labor Relations Board delayed the Union election at Inland and Rancho due to management’s unfair tactics. Inland and Rancho RNs continue to provide signed affidavits to the Board to assist its investigation.

Corona

Corona RNs voted decisively to form a Union, but management refused to honor their vote. The hospital challenged the election with the National Labor Relations Board, based on unfounded objections. But the Board is holding a two-week hearing beginning 3/25. We’re confident the Board will uphold Corona RNs' election victory. When they do, maybe then management will decide to partner with RNs for better patient care!
