U-Strong Team Supports Fountain Valley Bargaining

Fountain Valley members were surprised and delighted to see almost 50 UNAC/UHCP members from multiple affiliates show up at their hospital on Tuesday, February 2 to support them in their ongoing contract negotiations.

The UNAC/UHCP RNs, pharmacists, therapists and others broke into smaller groups and spread into every Fountain Valley unit as well as the lounges, carrying the latest bargaining update and a message of solidarity.

The visitors are all members of our new U-Strong team of member volunteers who are joining together to help out wherever they’re needed throughout the union—because nothing feels better than pitching in on a winning campaign to help make life better for our patients and other health care professionals!
