The Fight Continues: Bargaining Update, August 12, 2011

Yesterday we presented a Settlement Package to management; and spent the last two days discussing the pension plan only.

There was some movement forward in addressing the concerns on the funding of our pension plan, but there has been no agreement reached.

The bargaining ended today at 7:00pm. Management now will review and cost our pension proposal.

The Bargaining Team agreed to extend the contract until Friday, August 26th , when we will resume bargaining.
