Lakewood RNs Win Historic New Contract

We are pleased to announce that after a dozen bargaining sessions over five months, agreement was reached today with management on a new three year contract.

This agreement achieves significant milestones, such as a historic first wage grid at Lakewood that recognizes RN experience.

We also won significant cost controls on our health insurance without cuts to our benefits.

Thanks are due all the nurses who attended bargaining, completed bargaining surveys and participated in the process. You made a huge difference!

Make sure you attend the Ratification Meeting to learn all the details of the new agreement and vote on it. Once the membership votes, the new contract can take effect.
