Kaiser still doesn’t get it. So we need to make them see.

We deserve a fair PSP bonus that recognizes how much we contributed to Kaiser’s 2015 successes:

• $564 million profit margin
• Greater success on service and quality measures than 2014
• More members than ever before

But Kaiser’s latest offer is still grossly inadequate. The proposal Kaiser management made this week to UNAC/UHCP and Coalition leadership still fails to give just recognition to our efforts.
