National bargaining with Kaiser will begin the week of March 5, 2012. We will negotiate major economic issues like wages, health benefits and pension alongside 26 sister unions, covering 95,000 union members across the country. National Bargaining also covers our joint Labor Management Partnership (LMP) work.

We expect negotiations to be difficult. That’s why we're getting ready now. The first step you can take to make sure we protect our benefits and win a fair contract that guarantees the standards we have fought so hard to achieve is to fill out our National Bargaining Survey.
