Sharp RNs Stand Together Against Harassment

In June, several MICU RNs filed a complaint regarding a Lead and harassing behavior.

On September 23, those RNs received an apology from Sharp and assurances that corrective action was taken.

“An apology was extended to the bargaining unit members who were in attendance on behalf of Sharp Healthcare.” -Sharp Human Resources Director

It is empowering to come together and address issues as a group and as a Union.
