SFRNA REPRESENTATIVE LIST

REPRESENTATIVE NAME | UNIT | SHIFT | EXTENSION

* The employer (management) will provide a RN with a minimum of four (4) hours notice of a disciplinary meeting (paragraph 607) or any meeting that could lead to discipline (paragraph 709)

* If the RN is unable to identify available representation he/she must participate in that investigatory/disciplinary meeting within twenty-four (24) hours of the RN being noticed or on their next scheduled shift (paragraph 605)

* Should an RN be interviewed by quality management/risk management for the purpose of a patient related review or investigation the RN may request union representation (paragraph 606)

* When an RN is placed on investigatory suspension, the RN shall receive in writing the reason for the leave, the anticipated length of the leave and the location of the meeting (paragraph 711)

* No RN shall be intimidated, coerced of threatened when seeking union representation (paragraph 602)
