Your bargaining team continues to make progress and has had much discussion regarding your contract. So far we have reached tentative agreements on the following articles:

Article 6: Non-Discrimination
Article 10: Probation and Employee Evaluations
Article 11: Seniority
Article 19: Medical Malpractice Insurance
Article 21: Savings Clause
Article 22: Safety and Health
Article 27: Retirement Plans

Today your bargaining team presented our proposal on Patient Care Advocacy, Supervision and Professional Responsibility (Article 4). Bargaining Team members spoke about concerns and issues related to the safe delivery of patient care.

Tomorrow we will be meeting at Sheraton Four Points at 8110 Aero Drive starting at 10:00am.

UPDATE ON NEXT WEEK’S NEGOTIATIONS:

Next week we will be negotiating on Thursday, August 25th at Sheraton Four Points. Due to scheduling conflicts, this will be our only session during the week, join us!
