A Summary of the Tentative Agreement and the Full Text Are Now Available
Over the next few weeks we will be holding sixteen contract ratification meetings throughout Southern California. We have attempted to make your participation in the process as convenient as possible. Please note the meeting schedule has been updated, with the changes from the prior emailed schedule shown in bold red type. Click here to download a copy of the latest meeting schedule.
We have prepared a detailed, six-page Summary of the entire Tentative Agreement. The Summary document lists the Tentative Agreement’s significant features, Article by Article. To download the Summary document, click here.
We have also placed the entire Tentative Agreement, all 137 pages, online for you to review. To view the entire Tentative Agreement, click here.
We strongly encourage every Pharmacist to attend a ratification meeting and participate in the voting process. Here are a few meeting guidelines:
- You may attend any meeting that is convenient; you do not have to attend the meeting at your home medical center area.
- You may attend anytime during the scheduled meeting time.
- Voting is in-person, at a ratification meeting ONLY. There is no proxy, mail or email voting.
- You will need a picture i.d. to sign in and receive a ballot.
- Paper copies of the Summary document and the full text Tentative Agreement will be available at each meeting.
Your negotiating team recommends ratification of this Tentative Agreement. We look forward to discussing all the Agreement’s details with you at a meeting and answering your questions. Thanks for your support. I hope to see you at a ratification meeting.
