In negotiations since last week, we have reached agreement on:
- Medical Malpractice
- Subcontracting
- Hours of Work: Workday, Workweek and Trades
- Full-Time Employee Status
- Continuing Education/Tuition Reimbursement
Outstanding issues:
- Seniority as it applies to job bidding
- Wrapping up Per Diem issues
- Work Schedules
- Workload
