Pharmacists Negotiations Update: May 28, 2015

May 2015

This week our pharmacist negotiations team and management came to agreement on Union Representation, Access Rights of Union Representatives, Union Leave of Absence, Union Meetings, New Employee Orientation, Union Bulletin Boards and a streamlined Grievance and Arbitration system.

Our fellow Kaiser UNAC/UHCP members are in negotiations right now for their national agreement, which we will also join once our own negotiations have concluded. They're taking action to protect their own wages and benefits with a rally on June 3 prior to their next round of negotiations.

A show of strength in national bargaining can only reinforce our own negotiations, including our effort to restore our pension. Be there!
