Pharmacists Negotiations Update: June 11, 2015

The most important goal for our negotiations was fulfilled last weekend—restoration of our pension—when the entire Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions stood strong with UNAC/UHCP, refusing to settle the National Agreement without it, and forcing a late night decision from the very top of the company, CEO Bernard Tyson.

During this week’s negotiations on June 10 and 11, we reached tentative agreements on Grievance & Arbitration and Leaves of Absence.

We also began negotiations on Job Postings and Filling of Vacancies, reaching several tentative agreements, including a new Transfer Return Rights provision.
