Daily Staffing Survey

Use this survey to record each and every incident when we are out of KP ratio at Kaiser South Bay.

This will help us to document our case with the RN Committee regarding short staffing, the need for more positions, and the overuse of travelers.

Remember, it’s important that you document each day that you’re out of ratio, no matter how often, so that we can document patterns of understaffing.
