The close of nominations will be at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 19, 2012. Elections will be conducted by mail ballot at the close of nominations.

As per Article XIII, Section 1302 all elected officers shall automatically be eligible to serve as delegates to the UNAC/UHCP convention.

If you are interested in running for office, please complete the nominations form and FAX it to the UNAC/UHCP state office, (909) 599-8655, as instructed on the form. Please retain copies of the fax transmittal to verify receipt. If fax transmittal states "check remote location" or any similar language, the fax was not successful and must be resent.
