Management Storms Out of FVPA Negotiations

Bargaining Update: January 16, 2013

Negotiations heated up today! By 10am this morning, management stormed out of negotiations over discussions on job postings.

YEP! You read that right. Over something as simple as addressing problems related to job postings, management would not hear our concerns.

Management is acting like negotiations are over, and we have barely started.

If they walked out over this, things will get interesting when we begin discussions about wages and benefits!

It’s time to stand up and let Tenet and Fountain Valley know that as Registered Nurses and Professionals, we deserve respect and to be heard.
