BARGAINING UPDATE
The RN bargaining team met with Tenet’s management representatives for two days of negotiations on April 12 and 13. Our team submitted a significant number of proposals and we were able to reach two tentative agreements.
At the next round of negotiations, we will be presenting additional proposals on many of the remaining priorities you identified. We will continue our efforts to improve our contract and reach agreement on items that will allow us to continue to provide quality patient care and reflects our values.
