Kaiser Workers Seeking a Voice Become Members

On February 14, a neutral third party arbitrator confirmed that a majority of Southern California Kaiser Physical, Occupational, and Recreational Therapists and Kaiser Staff Educators had signed cards to be represented by UNAC/UHCP. Thanks to the hard work of the organizing committee, roughly 700 Kaiser therapists and 100 staff educators now have the opportunity for a real voice in their professions.

Kaiser therapists and staff educators had many reasons to join our union, including improved patient care and working conditions, as well as the desire for a strong voice in the work place.
