Kaiser National Bargaining Update: April 30, 2015

Negotiations continued April 28-30 in San Jose for the next Kaiser National Agreement.

Our UNAC/UHCP bargaining team was busy, working in breakout groups all three days using the labor/management partnership, or LMP, process.

The Operational and Service Excellence in Partnership, Total Health and Workplace Safety, and Work of the Future subgroups of the Common Issues Committee (CIC) developed options for improved contract language within their subgroups. These recommendations will be reviewed by the entire CIC at the next bargaining sessions in Los Angeles on May 12-14.
