Kaiser National Agreement Ratified

We did it! After weeks of local ratification votes throughout the Southern California region, the new National Agreement was overwhelmingly opproved by UNAC/UHCP members.

This vote successfully locked in better job security, improvements in health care, protections for pensions, and raises.

Congratulations to all our members who played an integral role in the negotiations process by showing up to bargaining sessions to support our bargaining team and the Coalition. This strong agreement would not have been possible without the strength and commitment of all those involved.

The three year contract went into effect on October 1, 2015.
