Wondering how Sharp's wage grid compares to other San Diego hospitals? Click here to check it out. Note: on September 22, Sharp's wage grid proposal was only for NEW HIRES. On September 27, Sharp gave a new wage grid for ALL RNs. But that new wage grid is lower for most RNs than the original September 22 wage grid was for NEW HIRES.
