In our union contract we have the opportunity to recruit for the position of Quality Care Liaison.

This is a Registered Nurse who continues to work in his/her unit/department for a minimum of twenty hours per week, but also works for up to 20 hours per month for the Sharp Professional Nurses Network, our union.
