STRIKE AUTHORIZATION VOTE

Our Union will be conducting strike vote meetings through Wednesday, November 9. On October 28, Sharp management illegally declared impasse and unilaterally implemented selected parts of its so-called “last, best and final” contract offer, including the clinical ladder that we overwhelmingly oppose. Your bargaining team strongly recommends a NO vote to reject management's offer and authorize a strike.

You may attend any meeting that is most convenient for you. No need to stay the entire time but you must vote in person. All RNs are encouraged to attend. Only members can vote. If you are not a member and want to vote, you may sign up to be a union member at the strike vote meeting.
