STAND UNITED FOR A STRONG CONTRACT

Your FVPA Bargaining Team will continue contract negotiations with hospital management on February 3. We will be presenting proposals related to current issues you identified in the
bargaining surveys, including:

Limiting excessive on-calls
Limiting floating
Economic proposals

A strong contract does not just happen on its own! It takes all of us working together, talking to our co-workers and participating in the bargaining process. We need to show our support by attending bargaining sessions.
