Darren Esparza: The Working Class Man

Darren Esparza may be new to health care, but he is not new to organizing or the labor movement. His experience as a student organizer included efforts to improve working class families’ conditions. A one-time UNAC/UHCP summer intern, Esparza began working with UNAC/UHCP as a community organizer in Corona in 2013 and then transitioned to member organizing in 2014. Now he’s officially been hired as a UNAC/UHCP staff organizer.
