Corona RNs: Have You Been Canceled? Tell Us About It

Corona Regional Medical Center has recently been hiring travelers to cover shifts, while canceling regular CRMC RNs. This can negatively affect patient care, by disrupting the nurse-patient relationship; interfering with continuity of care; and leaving patients in the care of nurses who are unfamiliar with the hospital, community and other staff.
