Class Action Grievance Filed

A class action grievance by ER nurses was submitted on issues of scheduling shifts in violation of Article XV paragraphs 1507-1509. The grievance meeting has been postponed from 3/15/11 because the HR Director was not available. It will be rescheduled to the first or second week of April.
