Carol Jones, MSN, RN, PHN, Promoted to UNAC/UHCP Education Director

UNAC/UHCP is pleased to announce the promotion of Carol Jones, MSN, RN, PHN, to Education Director.

Carol has a long history with UNAC/UHCP, from a decades-long career as a staff RN at Kaiser Fontana, to serving as an affiliate officer in several capacities, to acting as the labor lead for workplace safety efforts through the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions, and finally to supporting UNAC/UHCP members as a staff rep for Kaiser Riverside for the past seven years.

In her new position Carol will manage all education efforts for the Union. She’ll create opportunities for nurses and health care professionals to obtain continuing education credits, as well as design internal training programs for Union member activists and staff alike to improve their skills.
