BHRNA Bargaining Update – Nov. 15, 2017

November 2017

On November 15, our RN bargaining team met with management and we exchanged proposals on sick leave reserve, management rights (successorship language), recognition and coverage, union representation, and release time for negotiations.

RNs who attended the November 15 session were able to contribute valuable input. As negotiations move forward, we will continue to provide hospital management with proposals that will increase our ability to provide safe quality care to patients, improve the recruitment and retention of nurses, and improve working conditions.

Make sure you attend our next session to help improve standards at Beverly! We will be back at the bargaining table after the Thanksgiving holiday. Join us on November 28 to make sure your voice is heard.
