Beverly Bargaining Update: April 8, 2015

April 2015

We are currently focusing on two major issues at bargaining that are important and key components for our next contract – compensation and medical benefits. Fair compensation is an important issue for our hospital and one that impacts patient care. The only way we can improve retention and recruitment of RNs is by improving and correcting our wages.

Now is the time that we must remain united and support each other.
