Beverly Bargaining Update: Education Proposal

Beverly Hospital provides the lowest education benefits of any nearby hospital.

The RN Bargaining Team proposed yesterday that we get the following benefits:

    - $2,000 for tuition reimbursement
    - Paid time for mandatory trainings
    - No cost certification programs
    - Increase continuing education pay to 30 hours

RN education is one of the best ways to improve patient care.
