With your active involvement, the Sharp Professional Nurses Network (SPNN) can continue to be a catalyst to improve the lives of our patients and our members. SPNN dues pay for United Nurses Association of California/Union of Health Care Professionals (UNAC/UHCP) to represent us in contract negotiations and to enforce the collective bargaining agreement.

UNAC/UHCP is over 20,000 Registered Nurses and health care professionals who have come together to benefit not only ourselves and our profession, but also our patients. It is our voice in the workplace for quality patient care, good wages and benefits, respect on the job, fair working conditions and professional development.

Without union dues and active members, we will not have effective representation. Union dues are a tax deductible professional fee.
