Of critical importance: Sharp’s Wage Grid is NOT for current RNs; it is management’s proposal for NEW HIRE RNs. In addition, if you look carefully you will see that Sharp DECREASED their wage grid proposal between their first proposal on September 22 and their second proposal on September 27.
