Today management increased their wage proposal by 1/2%, but eliminated all anniversary increases from their proposal.

Come to bargaining this Friday at 12 noon to hear our RN Bargaining Team's counter proposal:

Management continues to refuse to provide a wage grid that values RNs' years of experience. Instead, management has proposed newly hired RNs come in at wage rates that will be higher than many current RNs.

In addition, management is unwilling to provide bedside RNs with the same level of education benefits they provide Nurse-Managers...up to $5,000 in a two year period.
