Are Chino RN Wages the Bottom of the Barrel?

Chino Valley Medical Center spends less per hour on their nurses than any other hospital in a twenty mile radius. See the chart below.

The Chino RN Bargaining Team submitted a wage proposal to raise our compensation so that Chino RN wages would no longer be at the bottom of the barrel. We proposed raises from 14.11% to 22.89% over three years.
