Vice President John Currie

John Currie was elected Vice President in December of 2008. He is a staff nurse on 2NE day shift. John has been employed at the VA for 3 years. He has been an RN for 20 years. John is also a clinical nursing instructor for Victor Valley College and Chaffey College. John is the founder of the International Reach and Touch Institute, a nonprofit organization committed to helping the homeless.

The Vice President shall:

Act as Assistant to the President.
Act as Chief Executive Officer in the absence of the President, performing any and all of the President's duties.
Performs any other duties as assigned by the President.
