WE DID OUR PART IN 2015 TO MEET PERFORMANCE SHARING PROGRAM (PSP) GOALS
“The NPs in my department deliver excellent nursing home care to our frail elderly population and have been instrumental in growing our Community Based Primary Care/GeriPal program.
We have prevented unnecessary ER visits, reduced urgent care visits and reduced the load on our clinic providers.
The NP role in this home based program reduces the cost of what is typically the most expensive health care rendered in ERs and ICUs during the last few months of their life.
More importantly it is the best care for the patient and family.
We are saving Kaiser money every day and deserve to be more than the silent partner in the success of Kaiser. Show us you value us.”
